Salary for BDL Recruitment:
Deputy Manager (Sr. VLSI Designer / Sr. Embedded Designer) - Rs. 50,000 –3 %- 1,60,000/-
Assistant Manager (Control Systems) - Rs. 40,000 –3 %- 1,40,000/-
Approximate Hand Salary Rs. 80,000- 1,00,000 per month
Selection Process
The selection will be on the basis on Interview
Candidates will be selected for interviews based on their years of experience in the relevant field, aggregate marks obtained in the required qualification, and age, with a maximum ratio of 1:10. Those shortlisted will receive a Call Letter indicating the date, time, and venue for their interview. Attendance at the designated interview is mandatory for candidates.
Application Fee:
The application fee for Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) should be paid online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other applicable methods. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal Employees (permanent employees of BDL) are exempted from paying the application fee.

The envelope containing application should be super scribed with "Application for the post of " in bold letters.
Mention your name and registration number on the reverse side of the all the mandatory documents / certificates.
All mandatory documents/supporting documents should be self attested by the applicant.
In case of non-receipt of the Registration slip, Bio-Data form with other mandatory documents by BDL within the stipulated date (i.e.27th July, 2023), his / her online application will not be considered.
