Financial Contributions for Agniveer in Indian Air Force
During the four years of engagement, Agniveer receive a monthly contribution in the Seva Nidhi, which is divided between Agniveer and the government. The breakdown is as follows:
1st Year: ₹18,000/pm (₹9,000/- by Agniveer & ₹9,000/- by the Govt)

'Agniveer' Skill Certificate
At the culmination of their engagement period with the Indian Air Force, Agniveers are presented with a detailed skill-set certificate. Financial Assistance in Case of Duty-Related Tragedies
In unfortunate instances of death or disability on duty, Agniveers and their families receive significant financial support. The benefits include:
Death on Duty: In the event of an Agniveer's demise while on duty, a one-time ex-gratia amount of up to ₹44 lakhs is provided, in addition to the insurance cover of ₹48 lakhs, the Seva Nidhi of ₹10.04 lakhs, and the salary of the remaining service period.
Disability on Duty: If an Agniveer sustains a disability while on duty, they are eligible for a one-time ex-gratia amount of up to ₹44 lakhs, along with the Seva Nidhi of ₹10.04 lakhs and the salary for the remaining service period.

Risk & Hardship Allowance: Agniveers receive a risk and hardship allowance to acknowledge the demanding nature of their service.
