Finance Department: Candidate Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) or Bachelor of commerce (B.com) and MBA (Finance) or its equivalent.
Chief Manager: Min relevant Experience (in years): 13 years.
Senior Manager: Min relevant Exp (in years): 10 years.
Manager: Experience (in years): 08 years
Assistant Manager: Min Experience (in years): 02 years
Human Resource (HR Department) - Candidate Posses Post Graduate Degree (MBA/MSW)/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development / Labour welfare or its equivalent. Desirable: Degree in law.
Senior Manager: Minimum Experience (in years): 10 years
Assistant Manager: Minimum Experience (in years): 2 years
Manager (Mining) -
Prescribed Minimum Qualification: Engineering Graduate i.e. B.E. / B. Tech in Mining and 2nd Class Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency under MMR1961 issued by DGMS. Minimum Experience (in years): 8 Ys executive exp in Non-ferrous / Metalliferous Mines.

Prescribed Minimum Qualification: PhD / M Sc in (Chemistry)
Minimum Experience (in years):
8 yrs for Ph.D
9 yrs for M.Sc Candidate should possess R&D experience in Analytical chemistry.
