அமைப்பு சாரா தொழிலாளர் நல வாரியங்கள் என்பது இந்திய மாநிலமான, தமிழகத்திலுள்ள அமைப்பு சாரா தொழிலாளர்களின் (Unorganised Workers) சமூக பாதுகாப்புக்காக தமிழக அரசால் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் நல வாரியங்கள் (Welfare Board) ஆகும்.

இந்த வாரியத்தில் உறுப்பினர்களாக சேருவோருக்கு ஓய்வூதியம், மகப்பேறு கால உதவி, கல்வி உதவித் தொகை, ஆண் பெண் இருவருக்கும் திருமண உதவித் தொகை, தட்டச்சு , தையல் , சுருக்கெழுத்து பயில உதவித்தொகை, கணினி பயிற்சிக்கு உதவித்தொகை, அரசு காப்பீட்டு திட்டம், மூக்கு கண்ணாடி வாங்க உதவித்தொகை, பணிக் காலத்தில் இறந்தால் நிவாரணத்தொகை உள்பட பல்வேறு நிவாரணத் தொகை மற்றும் நல உதவிகள் கிடைக்கும்.

eligibility criteria for tn scholarship
Educational Scholarship - The last date for receipt of the application for every academic year is 31st October.
eligibility:
The scholarship is given to the children of the workers for pursuing their higher education on the basis of their marks in their qualifying exam indicated against each of them.

Master Degree Course in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture, Education and Physical Education - Rs. 6,000/-
Bachelor Degree course in Engineering, Medicine, Law Agriculture Education and Physical Education - Rs. 4000/-
Diploma course in Engineering, Medicine, Education and Physical Education - Rs. 2,500/-
Higher Secondary Rs. 2,000/-
I.T.I Course - Rs. 2,000/-
Tailoring Training Centres
eligibility:
Employee's Wife, Unmarried Daughter & Unmarried Sister who are dependents of workers.
Should have completed 16 years of age
To appear for Government Examination 8th Passed is essential
For mere training know to read and write Tamil is enough
benefits:
The duration of the course is one year from January to December. A maximum of 50 Trainees is admitted for Training in needle work, dress making and embroidery at each Tailoring centre. During training, the trainees are paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 150/-. At the end of the course, trainees are sent for Government Examinations. The first rank holder in each centre is given a prize of sewing machine for lower as well as higher grade. Course completion certificates are also given to the students.
Book Allowance - Last date for receipt of the application for every Academic Year is 31st October.

Evening College / Correspondence courses are not eligible.

Workers children who secure first ten ranks in 10th and 12th Standard Public Examinations in each Educational District

Assistance For Typewriting & Shorthand
eligibility:
Workers and their children who have passed in Typewriting (Tamil and English Lower & Higer) and Shorthand (Tamil and English - Lower & Higher) Examinations.

Typewriting Lower - Rs.1,000/-
Typewriting Higher - Rs.600/-
Shorthand Intermediate / High speed - Rs.750/-
Shorthand Lower & Higher - Rs.1,500/-
Reimbursement Of Cost Of Spectacles
eligibility:
(1) Employees only one time in their entire service.

Reimbursement up to Rs. 500/-
Marriage Assistance
eligibility:
Worker or their daughter/son who legally attain the age of marriage.

Natural Death Assistance / Funeral Expenses
eligibility:
When a worker dies while in service his dependants are paid with Death Assistance and Funeral Expenses.
benefits:
Death Assistance - Rs.25,000/- Funeral Expenses - Rs.2,000/-
Accidental Death Assistance / Funeral Expenses
eligibility:
When a worker dies in an accident while in service his dependants is paid with Accidental Death assistance and Funeral Expenses.

Accident Death Assistance - Rs.1,00,000/- Funeral Expenses - Rs.2,000/-
